MGA Production and R&D Facilities, established as a subsidiary of Martaş Otomotiv, is a brand that aims to provide innovative and reliable solutions to the automotive spare parts industry. Since 1980, Martaş Otomotiv has been one of Turkey’s leading companies, providing sales, marketing, and distribution services for spare parts in passenger cars, light commercial vehicles, and heavy-duty groups. With its wide dealer network across Turkey and its modern storage and logistics infrastructure, Martaş Otomotiv is recognized as one of the most reliable and pioneering names in the industry. Building on this strong foundation, MGA launched production in 2023 with the establishment of its modern production and R&D facilities. Equipped with the latest innovations of today’s technology, our factory offers:
12,000 m² of production area,
6,000 m² of storage area,
300 m² of R&D laboratory.
The production facility serves not only for our in-house manufactured products but also as a comprehensive testing and quality control center for externally sourced or future products.

MGA Production and R&D Facilities house a modern production plant equipped with the latest technology:
Brake pads: Annual production capacity of 3.5 million sets,
Brake hoses: Annual production capacity of 1 million pieces,
Spark plug cables: Annual production capacity of 250,000 pieces,
Automation: State-of-the-art machinery for precise and efficient production,
Test and Control Center: Conducting all test and control processes for both our own production and externally sourced products.
In the factory, critical parameters such as wear, pressure resistance, sealing, coefficient of friction, heat resistance, and noise performance are analyzed in detail with advanced test devices.
